Concr3de develops and produces 3D printers based on Binder Jetting Technology. The range enables cost-effective production by selecting the print volume that is suitable for all applications - from the size of a Rubik's Cube to the size of a building facade. However, the materials are fundamentally different from traditional additive manufacturing. Namely, concrete, marble, granite and sand/limestone among others. Our smallest machines have scalable build volumes. Our printer line Armadillo, ranges from the basic model, with maximum 260x300x250mm and maximum 450x450x300mm (XYZ) for the XL version. Armadillo White is designed to help materials researchers and scientists realize the full potential of additive manufacturing. It is an open system in which all parameters can be changed as needed, for the development of products and materials by universities and research and development institutes. Armadillo Grey is designed exclusively for use with concrete and all stone/marble and granite-based materials. This printer is designed for production runs with smaller objects. Armadillo Blue, processes 92% pure aluminum oxide (alumina, a well-known ceramic for industrial equipment). And soon we will also produce parts in silicon carbide, copper and stainless steel, all with binder jetting technology. Finally, we also produce larger machines like the Mammoth, which has a build volume of up to 6000x3000x1000 mm (that's 18 m3). We have already sold and delivered dozens of machines all over the world. The Mammoth is in use in Switzerland, our Armadillos have been delivered to India, Korea, Germany, Hong Kong, Great Britain and so on. The Elephant is our latest development, with a construction volume of 2000x1000x1000 mm.
Applications for all our products can be found in construction & design, as well as in industry, high-tech and the already mentioned universities and so on.
