Individual matrices combine uniqueness and economy: with the elastic molds, any conceivable design can be applied to the facade. In close coordination with the customer, our in-house carpentry workshop produces a model of the desired design according to individual drawings, on which the matrix is cast. Our individual molds have also proven their worth in restoration projects, because they reproduce complicated motifs in exposed concrete in great detail and are easy on the budget thanks to their reusability.
Photo engraving matrices turn the facade into a canvas! Photos are converted on the computer into a file for the CNC milling machine. The milling file is used to create the positive model. Depending on the resolution of the motif, the photoengraving matrix creates a fine to coarse relief-like surface structure on the facade. This creates the impression that the image has been milled into the concrete. Wandering sunlight creates varied effects: Perpendicular incidence of light makes the image disappear. When the light falls from the side, the reliefs cast shadows that make the photo appear clearly in the concrete.
RECKLI artico® neo is a plastic film on which graphics or photos are printed with a high-quality concrete activator. The concrete deactivator causes the concrete to set with a time delay so that it can be washed out on the surface after demolding. The top cement skin is partially removed. The contrast between the washed-out and smooth surfaces makes the graphics or photos
