The insulating material THERMO HANF® has been produced in Germany since the 1990s. In the Bavarian town of Nördlingen, insulation mats, stuffing wool and needle felts are made from the fibres of hemp.
Hemp can significantly alleviate problems of environmental pollution and CO² emissions - that is what we are fighting for. That is why we have been part of the Dutch HempFlax® Group, Europe's largest producer of hemp, since 2020.
This partnership enables us to purchase hemp directly from the producer - our parent company. Short distances, trust in the cultivation philosophy and fair pricing are the advantages from which you can also benefit.
- THERMO HANF® COMBI JUTE keeps your home pleasantly cool even in the height of summer, because thanks to its excellent insulating properties, the heat stays where it belongs: outside in summer and inside in winter. The low thermal conductivity enables constructions suitable for all your home requirements.
- The mats are flexible and adapt to the building component. Installation with an oversize in the width of approx. 10 mm.
- The insulation materials have exceptional resilience.
- The mats are extremely tear-resistant and stable, so they can only be worked with the recommended tools.
- Just 80 mm of THERMO HANF® COMBI JUTE reduces the sound impact by approx. 44 dB.
- THERMO HANF® COMBI JUTE is extremely resistant to mould growth.
-Rating level 0 = top grade
-No increased risk due to hemp fibres
