BOARD PLYWOOD FROM HBS BERGA
Intensive research and development have qualified timber construction for contemporary
tasks. Cross laminated timber is the state of the art in modern solid wood construction.
The sawmill industry's refinement product enhances the natural advantages of the raw material and makes it an ecological beacon of hope for the construction industry.
EVERYTHING FROM A SINGLE SOURCE
As a system provider, we produce wall and ceiling components from cross-laminated timber. Furthermore, with our in-house competence team, we support architects, craftsmen and building owners in the planning and realization of their projects.
NATURALLY REINFORCED
HBS cross laminated timber is a solid dry construction component made of several layers of boards. The 20, 30, 40 millimeter thick longitudinal lamellas are glued together crosswise in at least three layers. Regardless of this, the raw material remains almost natural. The proportion of ecologically harmless glue is less than one percent. In production, we work with the most modern plant solutions from Ledinek and Hundegger. Our cross laminated timber elements are flank glued and have optimal board properties, this also refers to the reduced air and sound permeability.
BSP or CLT - cross laminated timber or cross laminated timber
No matter what you call it, it is impressive in what dimensions the cross laminated timber modules can be produced.
We offer standardized dimensions of 3-, 5- or 7-layer elements, in length up to 16 meters, in width up to 3.5 meters and in thickness up to 0.32 meters. Special designs are also possible.
The areas of application for this sustainable high-tech building material are manifold:
- Single- and multi-family houses
- Multi-storey residential construction
- Industry and hall construction
- Modular and system construction
- Office buildings, schools and kindergartens
- urban housing densification
- carports
