LIGHTWEIGHT CONSTRUCTION
In view of the continuing growth of the world's population as well as the looming scarcity of resources, technical objectives for tomorrow's construction must be outlined very promptly. Lightweight construction, expanded to include the terms "recyclability" and "CO2 neutrality," plays a central role here. It must be possible to build with less material for more people, to integrate all building materials into a recycling process and to end the emission of gaseous waste into the atmosphere.
