Concular - The ecosystem for resource-efficient building.

Concular enables a large-scale and scalable way to reuse materials to save CO2, waste and resources. The immensely reduced resource consumption can save up to 20% of global CO2 and 30% of resource consumption in the process. We digitize building materials in inventory as digital material passports and make reuse easy and feasible by matching supply and demand and organizing local supply chains. Materials digitized by Concular will be put up for sale before deconstruction, which is why brokerage is possible while the material is still in place. This reduces costs and eliminates the need for any interim storage. Concular's mediation is eco-balanced and calculated according to material value and cost efficiency to enable economic and ecologically sensible reuse. Architects, manufacturers and other players in the construction industry can match their needs for new projects with what is available in the Concular database. Dismantling and transport are organized by us. For system partitions, lighting fixtures, suspended ceilings and raised floors, we cooperate with companies such as Lindner, OWA and DigitaLicht, which process the recovered material and make it marketable. With our concept, we have managed to establish an efficient end-to-end solution that closes material cycles in the building sector in a project-accompanying, digital and collaborative manner.
