As of 2018, there are 48 million sea containers worldwide in 20 and 40ft, new and used. Consisting of an iso-dimension that is always the same worldwide from corner to corner, the frame and walls made of trapezoidal sheet metal may well differ. Designed as a transport box, the sea container is stable and forms the basis for a variety of usage concepts.
The delivered containers are brought to the various work stations with the aid of the hydraulic box system and the use of forklift trucks. This ensures a high degree of flexibility at all times during the work. Offered steel works leave a lot of room for creative ideas of the customer, because a wide repertoire is offered: It is possible to flex walls, weld in supporting structures, make frames, columns and load distribution plates, as well as refurbish surfaces. In addition, stairs, railings and bolted connections can be custom made. The unthinkable is also made possible in the field of woodwork. Floors, shelves, counters or small details such as handrails are made on site. In addition, plastic, glass and electrical work are also offered. A paint shop and a sandblasting shop are available for effective container processing. Plumbing, drywall, and special interior work can be realized. The required test statics and fire protection reports can be prepared and a TÜV acceptance is also possible. Up to 10 containers can be assembled at the same time. In addition to the efficient use of resources, the recycling of residual waste is also important for the container factory. Sustainability is very important to us.
