The aim of climate practice is to promote regenerative, sustainable agriculture and thus put climate protection into practice.

Such regenerative agriculture comprises a system of cultivation methods and principles. This can build up humus, improve soil fertility and bind carbon in the soil. In this way, regenerative agriculture contributes to climate protection.

Soils can store more water and are therefore better protected against drought and erosion caused by wind or heavy rainfall. Biodiversity increases. Local water cycles can be improved through landscape design. Overall, the resilience of the food and agricultural system increases.

To achieve these goals, Climate Practice offers the following services: Project development, project and cooperation management as well as communication and accompanying research.

We publish our results in a practical way in our own publication series "Klimapraxis Papers". On our YouTube channel, we show films that have been produced as part of our projects. Er widmet über die Hälfte seines Lebens den Lösungsansätzen angesichts der Klimakrise. Besonders die Agrar- und Bauwirtschaft bietet hier enorme Potenziale zur Bewältigung dieser globalen Herausforderung – und genau hier setzt sein Engagement an, wobei Nutzhanf als zukunftsweisender Rohstoff eine zentrale Rolle spielt.
 
Seine Expertise gründet auf vielfältigen Erfahrungen und Stationen: einem Studium alternativer Wirtschaftskonzepte, gesellschaftlicher Transformation und Klimawandelanpassung, der Mitgründung des Hanfbaukollektivs, einer Ausbildung an der Permakultur Akademie sowie der Arbeit als Projektentwickler, Handwerker und Berater im Planungsbüro Hanfingenieur. Neben seiner Arbeit engagiert Felix sich im Nutzhanf Netzwerk e.V. und setzt sich leidenschaftlich für die Förderung nachhaltiger Wertschöpfungsketten ein. In Vorträgen, Seminaren und Workshops teilt er seine Begeisterung und sein Wissen auf Deutsch und Englisch. 

Felix ist in der Klimapraxis Wertschöpfungskettenentwickler im Projekt "Hanfkalk - Aufbau einer klimapositiven Wertschöpfungskette für einen regionalen Baustoff". In dieser Rolle bringt er umfangreiches Fachwissen und hat eine klare Leitvision: eine klimapositive Zukunft, die durch regionales Handeln, zirkuläres Bauen und nachhaltige Innovationen aktiv gestaltet wird. Sein Fokus auf Natur- und Hanfbaustoffe als regionale, klimapositiven Baustoffe unterstreicht sein Engagement für praxisnahe, zukunftsweisende Lösungen in der Baubranche.

Project manager for the hemp lime value chain
He dedicates more than half of his life to finding solutions to the climate crisis. The agricultural and construction industries in particular offer enormous potential for overcoming this global challenge - and this is precisely where his commitment comes in, with industrial hemp playing a central role as a forward-looking raw material.

His expertise is based on a wide range of experiences and stages: studying alternative economic concepts, social transformation and climate change adaptation, co-founding the Hemp Farming Collective, training at the Permaculture Academy and working as a project developer, craftsman and consultant in the planning office Hanfingenieur. In addition to his work, Felix is involved in the Nutzhanf Netzwerk e.V. and is passionate about promoting sustainable value chains. He shares his enthusiasm and knowledge in lectures, seminars and workshops in German and English.
